Obliging Tramway Officials
Sir, —May 1. through your papery express my grateful thanks to the tramway officials for l their unfailing kindness to me during the five weeks I stayed in Wellington. A refugee from the Napier earthquake disaster, I am old, and suffering from severe nervous trouble, and their help to me in getting 9,11 and off the trams enabled me to visit many beautiful places and scenes, of beloved Wellington, where I was born 78 years ago. Thankiqg you, Sir. —I am, etc..? ELIZABETH NYE. May 2.
