No Butter for Canada

When the Niagara sailed for Vancouver to-day not a single box of butter was included, in the cargo she took for Canada. This affords a striking illustration of the prohibitive effect of the Canadian tariff which was imposed last year with tlie object of excluding New Zealand butter from the Canadian market.
