ISLANDS CRUISE

Warships’ Movements Rear-Admiral G. Blake, who is in command of the New Zealand division of the Royal Navy, has temporarily transferred his’ting to the Veronica, which left Wellington at 9 o’clock last night for Wnnga; nui. The Veronica will leave Wanganui on May 12 for Now Plymouth, whore she Will stay until May 18. She will then proceed to Whangaroa and Auckland, where she is due on May 22. The Veronica will remain at Auckland until June 20, when she will leave on a cruise of the South Sea Islands. The Diomwle and Laburnum are to remain at Auckland until the end of June, when ‘he Laburnum will also go on an Islands cruise, but independently of the Veronica.
