St. Mark’s Church There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of parishioners of St. Mark’s Church during the week. The following officers were elected Vicar's warden, Mr. W. J. Gaudin; people’s warden, Mr. G. A. Kennedy; vestry, Messrs. Allen, Boyes, Hampton, Lorck, • Madeley, L. I J avltt, Rawnsley, Rising, Siverson, and White; St. Mark’s Church day school committee, the vicar, Mr. W. J. Gaudin (ex officio), Mrs. Redward, Messrs. Barltrop, and Madeley, and the following-to be the advisory . committee, Mrs. Arthur -Alack, Messrs. Rising, and. White; auditors, Messrs, narrower and • Haworth'. Various suggestions were made as to the best way In which to raise funds to help the diocese of Waiapu, These suggestions will be considered by the vestry. A resolution was passed authorising the vestry to raise a Joan for the purpose of extending the church. It wds resolved to adopt the duplex free will ottering. St. Barnabas’ Church : The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of parishioners of St. Barnabas’ Church, Roseneath:—Vestrymen, Sfessrs. Clayton, Scott, Turner, Patterson," Graham, Ellen, Foster; vicar's warden, Mr. C. B. King; people’s warden, Mr. T. G. Cox; synodsman, Mr. Foster; bon. auditor, Mr. Arthur Petherick. St. Cuthbert’s, Berhampore The annual meeting of parishioners of St. Cuthbert’s Church, Berhampore, was held on Thursday evening. The yicar, the Rev. N. S. Barnett, presided over a good attendance. The vienr’s report reviewed the activities of the parish during the year, with special reference to work among youth and children, which was shown to be extensive. The churchwardens’ report stated that the chief obstacle in the way of successful, wdrk and organisation was the ceaseless moving of the population. The balance-sheet showed that progress was being maintained. The election of officers resulted as follows: Vicar’s churchwarden, Air. W. Husband ; parishioners’. churchwarden, Mr. C. W. B. Edwards; vestry, Alesdames Charles, F. Robertson and C. W. Ward, Alessrs. W. AL Beckett, R. 8011. R. D. G. Feasey. A. J. Frond. H. E. H. Gill, and W. Haycraft; auditor, Air. W. C. Charles.
