PORT HOBART MISHAP
Inquiry on Monday The magisterial inquiry into the mishap to the Commonwealth and Dominion liner Port Hobart, which struck a submerged rock off Taurakirae Head on April 4, while cn route from Auckland to Wellington, will open at the Magistrate’s Court at 2.15 p.m. next Monday. Captains L. C. H. Worrall and F. W. Barron have been appointed the nautical assessors. The Port Hobart, which is at present loading nt Nelson, is due here on Sunday, and is to leave hero again next Tuesday for Lyttelton and Port, Chalmers, to complete loading for London.
