Winds variable and mainly moderate; westerUes prevailing in the far north and southerlies prevailing in the South Island, and strong at rough about Foveaux Strait; elsewhere moderate in New Zealand waters. , x Winds variable In the eastern Tasman Sea; moderate westerlies prevailing in the northern portion and easterly to southerly in the southern portion; seas moderate. e n ir Still unsettled, dull and misty with rain in most districts, but mainly ™.lr in Westland. Temperatures cool in the South Island and moderate in the north.
