Candidate in By-election ANOTHER SEAT VACANT (Rec. April 19, 5.5 p.m.) Official Wireless. Rugby, April 17. A writ has been issued for a byelection at Asliton-under-Lyne. Lancashire, which will have special interest as the now party organised by Sir Oswald Mosley has announced its intention of putting up a candidate for the first time. Three other by-elections are pending already, and another at Scarborough will follow the resignation, for reasons of health, of the Conservative member, Captain Herbert.
