INTERESTING PHOTOGRAPH
A photograph of six of the early surveyors of the Wairarapa, taken in May. 1868,. by Mr, J. D. Wrigglesworth, a Wellington photographer of those days, is in the possession of Mr. T. M. Drummond, an old Gteytown resident, who is now in his 85th year (states a “Dominion” special service message from Masterton). Mr.. Drummond is the only survivor of the group, which includes Messrs. Alex. Dundas, John Kelleher. Thomas Downes, Butler and Foster,. He has had the photograph enlarged, and intends to present it to the Surveyors’ Instttuta. Weffiastm,
