Secretary Decamps

Appointed secretary to the Alsatian Shepherd Dog Club in September, 1929, Henry John Herman Toleher. 34 years of age. in the next three months, collected £l2/15/6, and then ’ disappeared, taking the books with him. Nothing more was heard of him until a week ago, when he. was arrested by the police and charged with failing to account for the money. He pleaded guilty in the Police Court yesterday to the charge. Chief-Detective Ward said prisoner had been given probation in 1929 on a charge of false pretences. Mr. E. Page, S.M., sentenced him to three months’ imprisonment.
