GIFT OF MOA EGGS
Auckland Museum Benefits Dominion Special Service. Auckland, March 17. A gift of exceptional value —two moa eggs—has been made to the Auckland Museum. One, in a remarkable state of preservation, was found in Doubtless Bay many years ago, and the other was found in a riverbed thirty years ago. Only six other moa eggs are known to exist.
