No American Reduction JENKINS BILL COLLAPSES Washington, March 4. The Seventy-first Congress adjourned on Wednesday. Among the measures which fell by the wayside was the Jenkins Immigration Bill, which would have provided for a general cut of 90 per cent, in Immigration and would have limited the annual entries from Canada for two years to 4,125. The Bill encountered unexpected opposition and died after passing the House of Representatives.
