IMMIGRATION QUOTA
No American Reduction JENKINS BILL COLLAPSES Washington, March 4. The Seventy-first Congress adjourned on Wednesday. Among the measures which fell by the wayside was the Jenkins Immigration Bill, which would have provided for a general cut of 90 per cent, in Immigration and would have limited the annual entries from Canada for two years to 4,125.
