Popular Programme from 2YA

A popular type of programme will be broadcast from 2YA this evening. Miss Muriel Johns will be heard in songs at the nlano. Messrs. Berthold and Bent. Spanish and Hawaiian guitar duettists, will present Hawaiian and the latest melodies Mr. and Mrs. Ransom Myers will entertain with two humorous duets and Mr. Len Ashton will be heard in humorous numbers. Miss Nora Greene will, sing "Drumadoon” (by Sanderson). June and “O Mistress Mine”-(by Quilter), and Hie Silent Vale” (by Sanderson). The incidental music will be played by the Salon OrC1 From IYA this evening Miss Patricia McLeod will be heard in Sir Henry Bishop s song. "Should He Upbraid.” and two very prettv French songs. Mr. A. B. Thompson, baritone, will sing several numbers. Mr. A. Ripley, tenor, will contribute welldiversified items. A new band selection appears on the programme which is to be presented at this evening by the Kaikoral Band. It is entitled "Kalkorai Valley.” and was composed by the conductor of the band. Mr. T. J. Kirk-Biirnnand. This will be its first niihlir performance. A new vocalist. Mr. J L Tennent makes his appearance on this programme.
