Lower Hutt Club Meeting The Hutt Valley Amateur Athletic Club held another of its evening sports meetings last night on the Hutt Recreation Ground. A strong wind did not help toward fast times. The following are the results: — 120 Yards Women’s Handicap.—Miss T. Kench (scr.), 1; Miss Posselt (scr.), 2; Miss Wallace (9yds.), 3. Won easily. 880 Yards Open.—P. Wilson (30yds.), 1; K. Payne (20yds.), 2; D. McGrath (30yds.), 3. Payne ran bis best race of the season. Holding well back, ,he came with a burst of speed at the finish, just failing to catch Wilson, who led all the way, , , , „ Two Mile Cycle.—Clarke (scr,), 1; Hall (scr.), 2; Morris (scr.), 3.
