IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wellington City Council, as empowered by Section ;76 of The Rating Act, 1925, resolved that an additional charge of 10 PER CENTUM be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of Six Months and Fourteen Days from demand thereof, and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
