Wilding Shield CANTERBURY CHALLENGE Acceptance of a challenge from the Canterbury association for the Antony Wilding Shield was decided upon by the management committee of the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association last evening. The match will take place at Miramar on Friday and Saturday, February 13 and 14. The committee expressed itself as being in favour of the match being broadcast. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. Inter-club tennis matches which will be held on Saturday have been drawn as follow:— Senior: Brougham Hill v. Newtown; Thorndon v. Wellington; University, a bye. Third grade “A”: Newtown v. Talavera ; Khandallah v. Technical College; Seatoun, a bye. Intermediate grade “A”: Rawhiti v. Te Rama; Methodist v. Victoria; Rongotai, a bye. Fourth'grade: Rawhiti v. Berhampore; Wadestown v. Puru; Methodist v. Broadway.
