Yesterday’s .Weather The weather in Wellington yesterday was fine and warm, but the sky was overcast. Cloudy conditions continued throughout the evening. The wind was from the north. A dull and showery morning in Auckland was followed by a sunny afternoon with a light wind from the south. The barometer was steady last evening, the readipg being 30.10 in. The weather at Christchurch, though somewhat cloudy, was warm and pleasant with a light air from the northeast. The maximum temperature was 74 degrees. The barometer was tailing, the reading last evening being 29.75 The weather was very warm and pleasant in Dunedin, with more cloud than sunshine and a light wind from the north-west. The maximum temperature was 87 degrees. The barometeri showed a falling tendency, the reading last evening being 29.55 in.
