APPEAL COURT JUDGMENTS

Storey Case on Saturday Saying that he regretted the delay there had been in delivering some of the Appeal Court judgments, Sir Michael Myers, Chief Justice, explained yester day, when the court delivered three judg rnents, that it had been unavoidable, as ever since the Appeal Court sittings had finished judges had been on circuit, and only during the past few days had a quorum been present in Wellington. His Honour also said that judgment would be given on Saturday in two other cases, one being the Storey case, which was heard on appeal by seven judges.
