Child Welfare Act CHARGES AGAINST SYSTEM By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, December 10. The Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, promised a women’s deputation that he would make full investigation into the charges made against the system of the Child Welfare Act administration.
