The text has been issued of a Bill providing for the future organisation of the Salvation Army, enabling the formation of a Company Act trustee for the Army’s property throughout the world; also fixing the age-limit of Generals, removing the Generals right to nominate his successor, and forming an arbitration council to deal with disputes between the General and leading officers. The BUI is unlikely to be discussed before the New Year.
