ROUND PATENT SLIP
Alternative Road Suggested
In response to an application by the Civic League for an alterative road round the Patent Slip, the City Council, which took a tally of the traffic, has replied that there was not sufficient evidence available to convince the commission, which would have to be set up, that the time had arrived when the work should be carried out,
