Before Court at Auckland REMAND GRANTED By Telegraph—Press Association. Aucliland, December 4. Brian Dunningham, the young Auckland solicitor who was arrested as he was about to sail from Wellington for San Francisco bn Tuesday afternoon, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court to-day. Accused, for whom Mr. Finlay appeared, was charged with aiding and abetting a man and a woman in making a declaration that would amount to perjury if made on oath in a judicial profeeding. , , . , The Crown Solicitor obtained a remand until December 11. Accused’s bail was renewed.
