COURT OF APPEAL

Division Members Appointed The appointment of members of the first and second divisions of the Court of Appeal for 1931 is announced in a Gazette notice. The first division is constituted as follows by Order-in-Couiicil: The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr. Justice Herdman, Mr. Justice MacGregor. Mr. Justice Blair, and Mr. Justice Kennedy. The second division has been appointed as follows: The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Mr. Justice Reed, Mr. Justice Adams, Mr. Justice Ostler, and Mr. Justice Smith. The first division of the Appeal Court will sit in Wellington on June 22, the second division sitting on March 9 and September 22. The following dates have been fixed for the quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court in Wellington for next year:— February 2, May 4, July 27, and October 27.
