The board may at any time call on a person who has secured exemption to produce such further evidence as it may require. The obligation is cast upon the responsible officers of institutions mentioned to provide to the board the names of persons in their institutions who are exempt from any one instalment of the levy. . x , Every native who desires to become a contributor to the unemployment fund must notify his desire to the Unemployment Board for its consent.
