KILLED ATTACKER

Double Shooting Tragedy DEATH OF YOUNG COUPLE (Rec. November 27, 10 p.m.) Sydney, November 27. The dead bodies of a young couple wore found at/a lonely portion of the suburb of La Perouse to-day. Both were shot. The victims are:— Waldemar Oslinden, aged 29, an engineer; and Winifred Ryan, aged eighteen. The police theory is that the pair drove to La Perouse in a car last night. Oslinder apparently attacked the girl who, in defence of her honour, shot him through the back. The girl’s body was a short distance from the car. She had a bullet wound in the head and a revolver was near her left hand. A medical examination disclosed that Oslinder had died before midnight and the girl early in the morning.
