SILVERSTREAM BRIGADE
It was mentioned recently that the Silverstream Volunteer Fire Brigade was an auxiliary brigade to the Upper Hutt Volunteer Brigade. This is not so. It is an entirely separate brigade, and the subscriptions for a motor engine are being collected in the West Ward alone.
