The Leader of the Conservative Party, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, after receiving a vote of unabated confidence, addressed a conference of Conservative associations in the Kingsway Hall, Ho indicated that the clouds which were casting a shadow of unparalleled national depression had a silver lining.
