SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES ’ London, November 18. The Salvation Army Commissioners’ Conference decided to constitute a board of arbitration, consisting of five leading officers, empowered to settle disputes between the General and any Commissioner, territorial commander, or other high official. Either the General or the officer may appeal to the board. The conference authorised the General to apply to Parliament for an Act establishing the reforms resolved on by the conference.
