At Intervals in the warm weather one feels the need of a white dress —Agnes Samson, Customhouse Quay, has very beautiful hand-made French garments in the newest kind of exclusive simplicity —particularly appropriate for travelling in hot countues. An ensemble in ivory crepe de chine has a good deal of hemstitching in lines and squares, and the coat has pockets, and also features a narrow scarf on one side which loops through a slot giving a smart effect. A pale lime shade of crepe de chine makes a frock and coat to match, and the skirt is hand-pleated. The neck line has a jabot and collar of handkerchief linen and lace. A very attractive sleeveless jumper and skirt of white crepe de chine is lavishly trimmed with rows of faggoting, and the skirt has fine hand box-pleatings. This is an occasion for wearing one of the new hats with-'an audacious tilt to the brim which can be had to match the dress in a contrasting shade. —Advt. I
