Wellington Registrations VARIED INTERESTS Twelve new companies, one public and eleven private, have been registered at Wellington this month. The New Big River Gold Mining Company, Limited, whose mine is situated 18 miles from Reefton, has issued a prospectus relating to an increase of capital to the extent of £9OOO, for the purpose of reopening the company’s mine by carrying out a scheme of prospecting and development operations in the upper levels. The present capital of the company is £6OOO, divided into 24,000 shares of 5/- each.
