SHEARERS’ AWARD
Workers’ Union’s Attitude DECISION NOT REACHED (Rec. July 27; 5.5 p.m.) Melbourne, July 27. The Australian Workers’ Union, which has taken over a week to consider its attitude toward the shearers’ award, has not yet reached its decision. Meanwhile some shearers are on strike, but their places are beipg filled by graziers’ sons and work is proceeding satisfactorily.
