FAR EAST MARKET

British Trade Mission (Rec. July 26, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. Rugby, Jjliy 25. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. William Graham, announced in the House of Commons last night that the Government proposes to send a trade mission to the Far East for the express purpose of studying the market there and finding out whether there are any financial or other recommendations which could be effective in developing a market for British goods. Mr. Graham added that the mission would be sent out almost immediately, and it would be of a most representative character. Last year a trade mission, headed by Lord D’Abernon, went to South America, and a similar mission, headed by Lord Kirkley, will leave next month for South Africa.
