Representative Trial Games The following players have been chosen by the sole selector, Mr. W. J. Melody, to participate in a representative trial game to-day at 2.30 p.m. on the Hutt .Recreation Ground (if available) A Team (Eastern Hutt jerseys): Gibbons, Marshall (Upper Hutt), Perno(Eastern Hutt), Berry, Eoley (Taita), Archer, Robertson, Wilkinson, Wilson, White (Petone Central), Holcroft (Silverstream), Coe, Kemp (Waiwhetu), Bradbury, Edmondson (Petone West). Reserves: Clegg (Eastern Hutt), Hobbs (Sil verstream), Boswell, Courtney (Petone West), Corbett (Petone Central). • , B Team (Waiwhetu colours): Knowles (2), Moore, Steffienson, Pilling (Petone West), Gard (Silver-stream), Hewsou (Petone Central), Jones (2), Puketapu, Maeke. Dodds, Paki, Horlor, Scorgie (Waiwhetu). Reserves: Burns (Waiwhetu), Bentley. Serni (Taita), Buckland (Petone West), Bourke (Petone Central). At the conclusion of the trial game, a Possibles team will be chosen to play against a Probables team on Monday next at 3.20 p.m.. on the Petone Recreation Ground. The Probables team will be chosen from the senior teams from Hutt Central, Boulcott, Trentham, Hutt Conrent, Wilford, and Petone Convent schools, none of which are participating in to-morrow’s trials. Ou Monday night the final selection will be made, and on Friday, August 1, the representative team will journey to Masterton to play the annual fixture with Wairarapa. All senior fixtures set down, for this week are postponed till further notice,! also the following intermediate games:—l Epuni v. Silvcrstream, Taita v. Wilford,! and Rand wick v. Petone Convent. I
