Six Killed by Lightning Lisbon, June 12. Lightning during a storm extending to the North African coast killed three women praying at Vilador Church. Two soldiers were drowned at Vixen. Crops were destroyed, and many public buildings damaged. Three shepherds at Tunis were killed by lightning.
