RIOTOUS INDIANS,

Attack on Police Patrol PLANS OF CONGRESS Difficulties of Detection By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Delhi, June 12. Belated details regarding recent disorders in the Midnapore district show that the task of tracing the men guilty of the attack on a police patrol at the beginning of the month and the murder of Indian sub-inspectors is proving very difficult.

The body of one inspector is said to have been cut up in pieces and exhibited to an excited crowd. The attack was skilfully planned by Congress volunteers.
