COLLISION IN AIR
R.A.F. Aeroplanes PILOT KILLED British Wireless. Rugby, June 12. Two Royal Air, Force aeroplanes crashed at UpavonT Wiltshire, to-day asthe result of collision. One was a Bulldog machine, piloted by Lord Malcolm Douglas Hamilton, third son of the Duke of Hamilton. He escaped by jumping from the machine with a parachute. The other machine, which was a Horsley, was piloted by Sergeant Frederick O’Meara, who was killed. It carried a passenger, Leading Aircraftsman Hagan, who was not injured.
