The property comprises a 17-roomed Boarding-house with half an acre of ground on a corner section, the buildings being in excellent repair and the grounds well kept. This business has been conducted for the past 24 years by the late Mrs. C. Baxter, and is the only Board-ing-house in Pahiatua. The house is well conducted and has always been maintained at an excellent standard, and is run at a substantial profit. Capable of accommodating 16 boarders. It ia suitably furnished with everything necessary, and the successful tenderer can walk straight in.
