INDIAN M.D. BAN
Doctors who qualify at the Indian universities will not be allow-ed to practice in Britain. This is the decision of the General Medical Council, which does not regard the degrees of these universities as sufficient guarantee of the requisite knowledge for skilful practice at Home. For some years; says the “British Medical Journal,” the recognition given to these degrees has been conditional and renewed for short periods only; now the recognition lapses entirely.
