SHIPS PUT BACK
Rough Outside Heads Owing to the rough seas outside the heads last night the Holmdale, which sailed from Wellington for Wanganui at 10.20 last night, was forced to put back for shelter. She returned as far as Worsen Bay. The Storm, which sailed for Picton at 11.5 p.m., also turned back.
