CAROL’S COUP
_ Queen Marie Goes Home SON’S GREAT MISSION (Rec. June 12, 11.20 p.m.) London, June 11. Messages from Bucharest suggest that Queen Marie, who has been cognisant of Carol’s coup throughout, 4s now anxious to effect a reconciliation between Carol and Helene. Queen Marie passed through Vienna to-day, and Is going to Bucharest. Though she declined to be interviewed, she issued a statement that the entire family stands together with Carol. “I htfpe to see Princess Helene proclaimed Queen. I am returning home in order to be useful to my son, because I know he has a great mission.” A member of Queen Marie’s entourage added that all hoped that neither Madame Lambrino nor Madame Lupescu, would come as ghosts of the past to trouble the King and the country. King Carol has invited Dr. Manin to form a Government.
