New Zealand Delegation FIRST ATTENDANCE Geneva, June 10. In opening the Labour Conference the president, M. Fontain, gave a particularly glad welcome to the New Zealand delegation for the first time attending the conference. He said that he hoped the miners’ convention would be widely adopted, but it was Illusory to suggest that the measure would solve the industry’s difficulties.
