The Bank of International Settlements announces that a conference between bankers decided on a first instalment of the Young loan of 300,000,000 dollars, which thus will be allocated among nine countries —Germany, 36,000,000 reichmarks; Belgium, 35,000,000 belgas; United S.tates, 98,250,000 dollars; France, 2,215,000,000 francs; Britain, £12,000,000; Italy, 110,000,000 lire; Holland, 73,000,000 florins; Sweden, 110,000,000 crowns; Switzerland, ,92,000,000 Swiss francs. The loan will be Issued this week. The issue price will be 90 per cent.
