In the three British army centres where time-expired soldiers are taught some trade, aboiit men are train* ed every year, the vocations ranging from valeting and waiting at table to electric wiring, building, motor building and all forms of painting and decorating.
There are now more than 100 school companies of Girl Guides and Brownie packs In England.
