CAUGHT IN UNDERTOW

MAN AND WOMAN DROWNED Sydney, March 31. Caught in a strong undertow at Black Head Beach, near Ballina, a man named Nott and Mrs. Plercey were swept out to sea and drowned. Piercoy was able to rescue his daughter, who was also in difficulties. Nott’s body hag not been recovered.
