FASCIST GRAND COUNCIL CO-EQUAL OF KING AND PARLIAMENT (Rec. March 7, 11.20 p.m.). Romo, March 7. A further great constitutional change is foreshadowed in a Bill introduced into the Italian Chamber of Deputies, the effect of which will make the Fascist Grand Council the co-equal of the King and Parliament. The Bill provides in the preamble that all laws contain words following the King’s name signifying the consent of the Council.
