EXCLUSION OF ORIENTALS
CANADIAN PROPOSAL. Victoria, 8.C.. February 21. .The removal from Canada of all Orientals, with the expropriation of their property, is urged on the Provincial Government by the White Canada Association of British Columbia, in seeking a grant of 5000 dollars to be used to ascertain the practicability of revising British treaties which at present render provincial exclusion impossible. Full compensation for property rights Is intended.
