TRAFFIC BLOC! CAUSED. A'charge of being utoxicaled while in charge of a motor-brry in Adelaide Road on Thursday wis admitted by Andrew Anderson, carrer, aged 62. before Mr. E. Page, S.M, in the Magistrate’s Court next daj- Accused was arrested shortly after five o’clock on Thursday evening by a City Council traffic inspector, who fiund him sitting in his lorry, which was standing in the middle of the road and biding up a long line of traffic. _ I' A fine of £2O, in dcflult one month's iniprisonnient, was impoed.
