The New Zealand Underwriting and Development Corporation Limited announces that Mr. W. Stuart Wilson has resigned from the directorate and Mr. C. M. Ollivier, of Christchurch, who is well known in business and financial circles in the Dominion, has joined the Board. Mrs. S. Broughton, wife of Mr. J. D. Broughton, passed away yesterday. She had been a resident of Wellington for the last 50 years. The late Mr. Dick Harris, well known as a poet throughout Australia and New Zealand, was a son by her first husband. She had four brothers living in Wellington. The funeral will leave for the Karori cemetery at Ll 5 p.m. to-morrow.
