This is probably the finest line of Bullocks available at the present time in the King Country. The 70 high-grade Jersey heifers were bred in Central Taranaki, and were carefully chosen from herds of over 3001 b. butter-fat. They are in calf to tip-top Jersey bulls and should please dairymen who are wanting cattle of the highest quality. For the convenience of Northern buyers, cattle will be trucked at Ohura Station free of charge, and for those buyers from Southern districts, competent drovers will be available to handle the cattle between Ohura and the Railway at Taj hora, a distance of approximately 25 miles. - Cars will leave the STRATFORD Offices of the Auctioneers at 6 a.m. on the morning of the Safe, and will return‘to Stratford that night.
