of the first out from the barrier, but when the field had settled down Luita overhauled him. He regained the lead at the straight entranee, but at the distance Venetian Lady and Remora, with Raisin and Golden Voice, put in great efforts, Venetian Lady winning by two and a half lengths, with Raisin fourth.
