STRONG TEAM FPR NEW ZEALAND FOUR TEST MATCHES London, January 23. The Rugby Union "team for the. tour of New Zealand and Australia will be selected about February 24. Judging by the replies received to tentative inv]M 1 ' tibns a strong team should be aypilable. It will sail aboard the Rangifiita qn April 11, and will leave New Zealand qn August 8, spending about five weeksjn Australia. There will be four test matches in New Zealand and probably two l n Australia.
